GOODYEAR BRAKES Limited Warranty

GOODYEAR PAD AND ROTOR BRAKE KITS, PURCHASED AND INSTALLED AS A KIT:

If a customer is not satisfied with the quality and performance of a Goodyear Brakes kit for any reason within 60 days of the invoice date or the installation date by a professional technician (an invoice from the installation shop is required), and the required break-in procedure was implemented, Goodyear Brakes will provide a one-time exchange of the kit for a new one. This no-questions-asked, 60 day warranty must be facilitated by the authorized Goodyear Brakes retailer.

Goodyear Brakes warrants this product to be free from manufacturing defects and poor workmanship for 3 years from the purchase date or 36,000 miles of use, whichever occurs first. The product, when properly installed on the type of vehicle prescribed, and in which a defect in workmanship or material is found, will be exchanged free of charge if returned to the seller who is authorized to give this warranty. Goodyear Brakes is not responsible for its products when they are subjected to misuse, abuse, improper application, improper installation, or accident. This warranty includes rotor cracking. Normal brake pad and rotor wear is not covered by this warranty.

GOODYEAR PAD AND ROTOR BRAKE KITS WITH CALIPERS, PURCHASED AND INSTALLED AS A KIT:

If a customer is not satisfied with the quality and performance of a kit for any reason within 60 days of the invoice date or the installation date by a professional technician (an invoice from the installation shop is required), and the required break-in procedure was implemented, Goodyear Brakes will provide a one-time exchange of the kit for a new one. GOODYEAR PADS OR ROTORS PURCHASED SEPARATELY:

Goodyear Brakes warrants its pads and rotors to be free from manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for 2 years from the purchase date or 24,000 miles of use, whichever occurs first.  The product, when properly installed in the type of vehicle prescribed, and in which a material or workmanship defect is found, will be exchanged free of charge if returned to the seller who is authorized to service this warranty. Goodyear Brakes is not responsible for its products when they are subjected to misuse, abuse, improper application, improper installation, or accident.  Normal brake pad and rotor wear is not covered by this warranty.

GOODYEAR ROTORS AND PADS ARE FOR STREET AND RECREATIONAL OFF-ROAD USE ONLY. THEY ARE NOT DESIGNED OR APPROVED FOR OFF-ROAD RACING OR COMPETITIVE DRIVING. FAILURE OF COMPONENTS USED FOR ANY TYPE OF RACING IS NOT COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY.

NO PERSON IS AUTHORIZED BY GOODYEAR BRAKES TO MODIFY OR ADD TO THE ABOVE WARRANTY.
